Homewerks Worldwide and Lowe's are contacting all known purchasers directly. The mirrors affected by this recall were manufactured between December 2022 and August 2023, and were sold exclusively by Lowe's from February 2023 until July 2024. The product label indicating the model number is located on the outside back of the unit and includes the date code and model number. On the white label, please look for the model number on the bottom left. In this example it is showing 75-102. You also need to look for a green sticker indicating the month and year the mirror was produced. In this example the month has a check mark next to it and the year is located below the word PASS (08/2023).
To determine if your mirror has been impacted by this recall, you need to look at the back of the mirror. Use caution when removing the mirror from the wall. It is recommended to use two people, lifting each edge of the mirror to gain access to the back of the mirror. If you determine your mirror has been impacted by this recall, the mirror needs to be removed from the wall. Please turn off power at the circuit breaker before disconnecting the wiring, ideally using a third person while the other two people hold up the mirror.
