    Do NOT dispose of your mirror before doing the following:

    • Confirming with Homewerks your mirror is affected by this recall.
    • Providing Homewerks authentic pictures of your mirror, including any future authenticating pictures requested by the Homewerks Mirror Recall Team.
    • Receiving confirmation from Homewerks that your pictures adequately show your mirror.
    • Receiving confirmation from Homewerks that Homewerks will refund or replace your mirror.

    Premature disposal of the mirror could leave you without evidence that you own a subject mirror and are entitled to participate in the recall. Some mirror owners will be required to return their mirror to Homewerks. If so, you will be informed by Homewerks and will be provided a postage pre-paid carton to return your mirror.
